Called Justin at very short notice this morning as moved things around in the office and managed to break a computer keyboard and I needed help urgently, he sorted me out with a wireless keyboard and mouse which was excellent value for money and works brilliantly even with an old computer (and I was cynical! ). Wow! Where can I start? Justin and his team were fantastic on Tuesday. Not only did they fix my broken iPhone but they helped me by going out of there way by purchasing and formatting a hardrive for my Mac, they then had to update the software, unfortunately there were some seriously tricky problems and the boys ended up work way into the night for me.
They knew I was on a deadline for the next morning- I cannot believe how kind they all were. Nothing was too much and I really am so appreciative of it.
This isn't the first time I have taken laptops and iPhones too him and each time Justin has provided excellent service, advice as well as value for money!! I wish there were more wonderful small businesses out there like this one. Thanks for everything Justin!
