Brilliant service. Contacted on Sunday morning for help as some lights and sockets had randomly stopped working after moving into a new house. Advice was given over WhatsApp and the issue was sorted within an hour. I had messaged another company who came back to me saying they would need to come out and see the problem resulting in a hefty call out charge. Ryan came out and listened to all our requirements, made good and simple recommendations and was incredibly accommodating.
He did a wide range of jobs, from fitting new spotlights, a high up light fitting, loft power and lighting, mounted a TV, brought power to our front door to fit a Ring doorbell, along with many other items.
He kept us informed of how he would be doing things and how long each would take.
I'd have no reservations recommending Epps and will be having Ryan back to do some more work.
