Your website should quickly, and beautifully, showcase what you or your product can do for your customer. A simple, yet effective user journey that is search engine friendly. Not forgetting, it needs to look good in the eyes of your customer - so you need to know what will look good to them!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
- Who is your target audience?
- Who are your top 3 competitors?
- How much are you wanting to spend?
- What are you trying to achieve from this project?
Describe your creative process.
We will start with a conversation with you about your business, and what you want from the project. We then seek to understand your likes and dislikes personally from a creative perspective. In our experience, customers are often very visual and so we don't mess about with wireframes or templates. We work on fully fleshed out designs at each proofing stage so that our customer can clearly communicate with us about what they like or dislike to truly finesse their project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
- Any images available
- Any branding documents, fonts, colours
- In some cases - a deposit payment
- Any key dates or deadlines
