Enzo is your man if you need any help with training / nutrition. He did me an online workout plan, plus calorie & macronutrient guidelines with sample meals. He sent me messages most days asking how things were going and he was always reviewing the data I was inputting in the spreadsheet he provided. He always answered any questions and queries promptly.
