I recently participated in an engaging workshop conducted by Dr. Ronja Vieth. I admit I brought a level of scepticism to the table, as I have experienced quacks in my life. I have also done a lot of spiritual 'work' on myself, but remain open to receiving fresh information. My objective was to learn something new, and Ronja fulfilled that. The careful orchestration and professionalism she showed quashed any tendency to offload the superfluous baggage that prevents us being from our true selves, and encouraged the group to speak up about esoteric matters we might otherwise have kept private. The steps she took to clear negative energies were perceptible on the day, aligning with one of her mantras “let go of what no longer serves you” - but more so afterwards when I felt liberated from a pressing emotional burden I had been dealing with - it has evaporated. I will certainly consider taking coaching from her – she has a varied repertoire – but the subject of forgiveness could work for me, or perhaps tapping into Akashic records. Recommended. More...
