Amazing service. I booked English Rose to take myself and my husband to LHR on 27th June and pick up on 23rd July 2019. I must say how brilliant the company is. Our driver arrived in good time on 27th June, the car was clean and tidy, we had complimentary wifi, water and mints. Our driver was very efficient and professional and very friendly.On 23rd July, Jeremy was our driver meeting us at the airport. He texted me on our arrival stating where he was located. Again he was excellent, very friendly and professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. In addition to providing a competitive price for return travel to LHR, the company and staff are excellent. If we travel again, I would definitely be in touch with English Rose to take us to the airport. First class company. More...

We ordered a car to pick us up from Heathrow to take us down to Southampton. We were travelling from Sydney Australia and as soon as I switched my phone on after arrival there was a message from our Driver, Bob, letting us know he was waiting in the Arrival Hall.
After 25 hours of travelling it was exactly the service we needed.
When you plan your holiday from the other side of the world little things like the great communication from the English Rose office before our trip to having Bob waiting ready to go as soon as we were is exactly what you need.
If you need a car service that does what it says it does then you can't go past English Rose. Thanks Team!

We recently used the services of English Rose Collection during a vacation in the UK. They picked us up at Gatwick and delivered us to our hotel in Southampton.
We also used them for three days of touring in southern England. I highly recommend them.
The booking process was efficient and easy. In addition to the initial booking confirmation email, they emailed me again to confirm each trip 24 hours before pick up; considering that we booked their services months in advance, this confirmation was comforting to know they would be there for us. The drivers were punctual, courteous and professional. Although our flight was delayed for over 5 hours, the driver and front office followed these changes on line and adjusted for this and was there at Gatwick for us on time.
Their autos were new, clean and comfortable. Our driver for the 3 days of touring Windsor, Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury, was Martin. An extremely pleasant fellow, he was able to avoid traffic congestion by using back roads as needed. Martin willingly gave us his contact information to allow us to make changes to our schedules if we wanted while we toured. He was always there early and ready to go. He was friendly and professional and we enjoyed the hours spent with him, chatting and driving to each site.
Using English Rose Collection made our trip much more enjoyable and if ever we go back to the area (which we plan on) we will definitely use their services again.
