After suffering with back issues I saw couple of advertised therapists with no sustained outcome.I was told by Hospital consultant I needed operation and that was the only treatment offered, take it or leave it attitude. I knew I was able to manage with a good plan of Holistic care from someone who listened and treated me as a person.I have not looked back since I went to see John at Bush Hill clinic. I was treated with Professionalism, respect and I felt for once someone was actually listening. On my first visit I experienced that the exact problem was identified .I had follow up treatment plan and also some management exercise plan at home.I have never looked back since .I am so glad that I took the step to try John and was not forced to have surgery as the only option by the consultant.There are options available and I consider myself as lucky. I initially chose Enfield Osteopathic Clinic based on the reviews and on the clinics location as it is within a very short distance of my home address. I am exceptionally pleased that I did. John is an absolute professional and provides an excellent source of treatment, education and support. I have benefited so much from the input provided by John for my spinal issues and also difficulties with my knees. Treatment has provided a significant amount of relief. I can not recommend the IDD therapy enough Although it is a little costly it has worked out so much cheaper in the long run as I rarely ever need to go back for a follow up treatment. John is so helpful and I can't say anything negative about his practice Many thanks Alex More...

I had several sessions with John for golfers elbow, lower back pain and neck pain. These were problems I had had long term. After the first three sessions my lower back was pain free and I had much more movement. The golfers elbow has steadily improved and I can now play 3 times per week with very little discomfort. Came to John in pain after many different types of attempted Treatment.he quickly recommended IDD Therapy.Whilst I had the maximum recommended 20 and still suffered a little with my Neck , my back no longer gave me pain of cause for concern. My neck issues were also worked on by John as well as a Sports Physio/Masseuse in Malta and now all is well.I would definitely recommend IDD with John , as if nothing else you will feel and be a little taller , and I was definitely a lot better of medically and health wise.Thanks John More...

John is an excellent practitioner who gives honest, straightforward and readily understood advice as to how to augment his treatment with self-regulated exercise and therapy.
