Highly recommended! Emily ignited my motivation to get my diet and exercise in control after 2 years of back to back pregnancies. All parents know, finding the time to make meals for yourself quickly leads to unhealthy snacks and late night binges! Also understanding your post partum body, balancing fitness vs recovery can be off putting. Emily took the time to understand my lifestyle and my goal and developed a realistic plan that worked for me. Meals are quick, tasty easy to prepare and are actually enjoyed by the whole family so it's no additional 'hassle'. Exercise is nonsense and offered flexibility around my body's capabilities, my mindset and my varied/ limited time to myself!
