Endure fitness PT offers online and 1 to 1 personal training. With both our services, we strive to help women who feel stuck within their health and fitness journey, who have also potentially jumped from diet to diet and still not where they want to be within themselves.

During the first initial consultation call with clients, we discuss and look at their goals for the next 6 months. We also establish what their current fitness and nutrition regime is currently like. From there, we look at a mock plan that we will tailor to the client, before going away to finalise the training program and nutrition guidance/meal templates. The client will get access to an exclusive app where they can access their nutrition plan and training program. Alongside this, all clients get weekly check-ins, along with fortnightly progress checks to make sure they are kept accountable and are on the right paths to achieving their goal. progress checks include looking at their current anatomical measurements, weight and progress pictures. These will then be looked at, and feedback/alterations to programs will be made. Furthermore, clients are messaged nearly everyday to support them along their journey.

The true secret is your commitment and how much you are willing to invest in order to achieve the body of your dreams! There is no real secret formula to any fitness goals other than hard work, consistency, commitment, accountability, support and no restrictions on nutrition.

I believe I am a very real personal trainer. Many fitness influencer's and personal trainers on social media don't show their whole story and picture, causing many to believe that a 6 pack is healthy or you have to be eating 1200 calories to lose weight, when in reality that will cause you to rapidly gain the weight back after 6 months. I work with all my clients on a 1-1 basis giving them the most personalised experience they could ever ask for.

I do provide most of my services online, whether the client is an in person client or solely online coaching. All online services are run via a personalised app, where clients can access their training program, nutrition plans, weekly check-ins and their education hub. The client will also get fortnightly progress checks and phone calls to catch up with their trainer.

Our online coaching gives you the flexibility of our coaching service at the tip of your fingers, whilst saving you the pennies, all without having to even step foot out of your house or into a gym.
