Really good informative course that moved along at a good pace, covered a lot of information and was well presented. I did think it would have been nice to have had refreshment provided such as water ,tea or coffee. Otherwise all is well

Not one to normally leave feedback, however, out of all the paediatric first aid courses and similar courses I've been on, this was by far the best in terms of information, practical work and team building with strangers. This was the the best, most engaging first aid course I have done in my childminding career. The course was quite interesting and Emily made it quite encouraging and fun at the same time when doing the lifesaving techniques.
(giving us points which helps us to concentrate on the techniques as it was a real situation)which was very good.At the end testedxus so as to remember what we were thought.Definitely would recommend this course and venue . Thank you for reading.

Great introductory course to first aid. Knowing very little about first aid when I went in, I felt a lot more knowledgeable and confident once I left. Emily was a great teacher, who explained everything, but also very practical, in that it was all very hands on, putting the theory into practice.
