If I could leave 0 stars I would. Booked this person weeks ago and agreed a date and price for carpet and upholstery clean. I got up early and moved all the furniture, I suffer from arthritis and have had a hip replacement. She didn't turn up and after messaging and phoning to no avail, I ended up moving all the furniture back. I got a reply in the evening saying that she had been in hospital all day due to a car accident but promised that she would come the next day at 9am which I stupidly agreed to. Alarm bells - who can work after 'being in hospital all day after an accident' and how has she organised another vehicle at such short notice. Again this morning I moved the furniture ready for 9am. Again , a no-show so at 9.45 I messaged her again and then I rang. She didn't answer her phone but could see that she was 'writing' which I commented on only to get a reply "I slept through the alarm. I'm getting ready now and then coming" guess what? It is now 2.00pm and she has not shown her face, replied to messages or even had the common decency to make any contact with me at all. She has lied continuously and I just don't believe anything she says. Do not use this person as she is unprofessional, untrustworthy and quite frankly, just not worth the effort! More...

wow , had my carpets cleaned they were a mess from food and walking on , until emily come and cleaned them they are like brand new ! ! so happy thank you So much will defiantly recommend xx More...

Absolutely unreal service!! Very reliable, very polite and professional and the actual cleaning service was excellent!! Definitely our new cleaning service 🫶🏽🫶🏽
