What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformations that happen when I help people to look at the blocks in their life and they realise that things can change. The power is within us all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years as a registered nurse and many years of struggling with people-pleasing myself, I discovered life coaching through my own personal growth. It feels like this is where my life experience and pain have led me. To be able to help other women own their power and live their best, authentic lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
Of course rapport between coach and coachee is vital. My approach is down to earth, relaxed and friendly. I am highly empathic but also I will be your accountability buddy on the journey and call you out on your excuses!
