As someone who has lived it, I will create a programme with you to build your confidence and self esteem and give uou the tools and strategies to help you achieve the results you are looking for. As well as signposting to other agencies that can also provide support.

I will create a programme to help you pin points your goals and set up steps to achieve them. Looking at possible hurdles and personal challenges to overcome them and reach your goal and full potential
Depression & Stress
I will work with you to find out the causes of your depression and stress and create a programme which will provide you will support, tools and coping mechanisms.
