I work Integrative, counselling.

I am a qualified practitioner works in private practice. I offer counselling once or twice weekly. I provide a supporting non-judgement for individual to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.

The important of a therapeutic relationship is to build an alliance and a connection to work together. This will develop trust and security as we make sense of your current challenges and difficulty.

Providing a safe place to relief from emotional suffering and support building up a more robust person to security safety in yourself. I offer an initial consultation meeting where it gives you the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling and whether you feel comfortable working with me and if I can help you. I offer short-term counselling (6-8 weeks) and long-term counselling 15 + weeks.
