Hi, I am Emily!

I am personal trainer and online coach based at Code Fitness in Newark.

I am a firm believer that a combination of exercise and a healthy lifestyle will improve everybody’s life, not only physically, but mentally. With every client I work with, I build an individualised plan based upon the latest science to achieve their specific goals, whether that be weight loss, building muscle, or something in between.

Couldn’t recommend Emily more highly. For the first time in years, I’m actually enjoying going to the gym and it doesn’t feel like a burden!
She shares my belief that the most important thing is that you enjoy training because without that any programme is unsustainable.
I’ve got no doubt she’d be an excellent PT for all levels but most certainly for those of us that struggle with having the motivation to go to the gym!

Emily is very enthusiastic about exercise and has some great healthy eating ideas which aren’t dull. She was very motivating and I enjoyed my sessions even when I wasn’t initially in the mood!
