I've been working out for a month maybe. Some days it's a struggle to get through the sets but it defo feels great afterwards. Last week in particular, I had a really rough week, anxiety through the roof, work was insane. Emese was amazing - she moved things around to accommodate a later PT session and adapted our session to make the most of the insane negative energy I was looking to smash out. It was amazing! I went home feeling super light and ready to log back on (not that I advocate for late working - need to maintain a healthy work-life balance) but it totally did the trick! More...

I began my PT sessions last November after a friend invited me to tag along. I haven’t looked back! I train once a week and the results that I have experienced both physically and mentally within such a short space of time have been remarkable. The programme that Emese has put together is fun, demanding and effective. I look forward to it every week as it helps me maintain the right work/life balance. Prior to having my son, I did go to the gym but would often do the same routine which became monotonous and ineffective. With Fun Mum’s Fitness, I benefit from learning new exercises safely and correctly which keeps me motivated. I love personal training sessions on Weds nights with Emese! She is professional, knowledgable and supportive. After having two children Emese has tailored the activities to help improve my core,posture and strength and I have noticed a difference already. After 2 years of lockdown and the birth of our little boy, I was searching for an inviting, fun and motivating environment to get back into shape, replenish my energy levels and revitalize my mental health. In Funmums Fitness, I have found an inspiring community of mums who motivate themselves and others through fun workouts, led by Emese. In Emese, I have also found a friendly coach for one-on-one personal training to build mental resilience and strength to become a better and stronger mum to an adventurous toddler. Emese has been a great source of encouragement without judgement and reservations, always accommodating to my busy schedule and time spent training with her feels like a treat rather than exercise. I have learnt to enjoy exercise as part of a daily routine which no longer feels like a task to stay in shape, but rather an appointment I would hate to miss. More...

I joined up with my friend to share PT sessions led by the wonderful Emese and it has quickly become one of the highlights of my week! I feel fitter & stronger, my clothes fit better and I feel in a better place mentally to get through some of the sleep deprived nights that come with having a small baby!

Working out with a friend is great because you are accountable to the other person to show up and of course you can share the cost.

I love the fact that we focus lots on strength training. I’ve only really done cardio before and it’s really opened my eyes up to what works for my body. Emese makes the session so much fun and the hour whizzes by way too fast!

The fitness group in Axminster great for mums of any age and ability and the babies enjoy getting involved or watching! The exercises are varied and fun, all with a social benefit too! :)

The music group is also great for all ages, welcoming and varied songs/activities that are great for babies through to toddlers!

Emese and Dora both run great classes! If you want to work hard but have lots of fun with it, you should really try them. My favourite way to exercise.

I am on my second body reboot with these amazing ladies and it has been life changing!! Their knowledge and support have helped me loose 4 stone, discover a love of exercise and moving my body and an understanding of how to fuel my body affectively. They have helped me to change my life style entirely in a sustainable and enjoyable way for me and my family. They are so supportive and helpful. I've done 4 sessions of the Guildford class and will be signing up for more! Dora is a great instructor - informed, friendly and fun. She creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere but yet I always leave knowing the class has made a difference to my fitness too. I look forward to the class each week and it's great that it will remain a safe and easy way to exercise as my baby gets bigger and more mobile. More...
