Although the process became quite drawn out, I wanted to thank the Ellis Hass team for persisting. The guilty party were slow to accept liability and then slow to action any of the requests made by Ellis Hass. Eventually, having accepted liability, there was a slowness to offer any physiotherapy and the minimum payment was being offered as compensation. Ellis Hass managed to negotiate a full programme of physiotherapy and almost doubled the amount being offered as compensation.
