Hello and welcome! If life is feeling like an effort, if you don't feel good in your own skin, if you've lost your way and you need a guiding hand to help bring you back to life - your life - then let's talk.

My coaching is for the woman who knows it is time to make a change but needs someone to talk it through with, to support her, someone with considerable experience to help her make the decisions and take the next steps.

Often I help clients avoid going into major stress, breakdown or burnout and turn things around so they can live a joyful life with meaning and purpose.My mission is to inspire women to shine their light. Usually when my clients come to me joy is far from how they feel... confused, frustrated, sad, desperate for change - this tends to be where they start, and we get that transformed!

For nearly two decades I have been a life coach, working with women around the globe, having trained with some of the top names in the world.

Clearly there are a lot of life coaches "out there" but I know when I needed help myself I went to someone who had a lot of experience and that paid dividends. I have an empathetic approach and practice "tough love" when necessary, gently keeping my clients on track so they get the results they truly want - and in fact, very often, helping them to even work out what the results ARE that they want. I'm an exceptionally good listener and at essence what most of us want is to be heard, and to be seen...really heard and seen...for who we are.

I have clients around the globe - from the USA, the Middle East, Europe and Australia as well as from the UK.

In addition to coaching - individually and in groups, both on my own and with a partner, I also arrange Exquisite Journeys - intimate trips exclusively for women - and have a women's community Ellev8.

It was my birthday yesterday so its been one year since we met and you transformed my life!

I just wanted to say thank you. For everything. I really can’t put into words my gratitude for all that you have done for me these past 5 months. You have taught me to love myself, not how I think I should be or how someone else thinks I should be but exactly the way I am. This was not an easy task…. but you did it. Although the speed of my life and the mountain of my commitments only seems to increase and grow, with your tools I am able to handle it with more grace and patience than I ever thought possible. You have become a symbol of comfort and centering for me. When I see your Daily Kiss or receive an e-mail it just makes me smile and reminds me that everything will be ok.
