I specialise in helping overwhelmed professional women to create more calm, clarity and confidence so that they can thrive in their career, family life and health.

Having worked with thousands of women the last 11 years helping them to overcome challenges and reach their goals , I have a wealth of experience this field. In modern fast-paced society where there is a lot of expectation on women to fill many different roles, I am extremely passionate about helping to prevent burnout and helping women to create a more balanced, fulfilled life.

I personally experienced severe burnout at the height of my career whilst running a very large successful business. This is what led me on this path of helping others to prioritise their own well-being whilst still having a successful career and family life.

My sessions/programmes are tailored to each individual client. Some of the key themes we work with are emotional awareness, stress management, creating a positive mindset, healing, self-trust, decision making, communication and boundaries, developing positive daily habits, personal values and taking inspired action.

I offer a free discovery session first. Following this, I offer my services as a 6 or 12 week programme.
