I’ve had the the pleasure to work with Ella not long ago to overcome some limiting beliefs, including “I am not good enough” and a “fear of success”, both holding me back in my carrier change decision and my life in general.

Ella has been very attentive to my needs, making me feel safe to open up quickly and easily; without feeling any judgement from herself.

She guided me through some techniques to help me change the perception of my situation and it was really useful and I felt so much better quite instantly and still do after a month!

I would definitely recommend Ella as a therapist to anyone in need of changing their life. You can truly feel that she is helping others with her heart. She is really genuinely kind and keen on helping others to achieve their personal goals.

I worked with Ella on my lack on confidence, she was very patient and kind and I felt completely safe in opening up to her about my past.

She enabled me to see things from a different viewpoint and taught me techniques which I have used to boost my confidence for specific events.

Being able to help people in a tangible way- I find this very fulfilling, as therapy creates a ripple effect- it helps the individual and also those around them, and even the wider community- and this helps the world become a better place.

I have enjoyed working for myself for years now, first in physical therapy as a Sports Massage and Myofascial Release Therapist, then moving into mental health during the Covid 19 pandemic, as I realised more and more people needed mental and emotional support as well as physical rehabilitation.

I offer a unique approach that addresses mental, emotional and physical health support. I understand that the mind and the body are intertwined, and need to be addressed as a whole.
