I’ve known Amanda for many years and she has always been so helpful with all my body issues, problems and injuries. She’s a demon at sports massage! Amanda seems to be always learning, attending courses and seminars and really does “know her stuff”!! I’ve had many issues with my knees and after a few failed surgeries, Amanda recommended me to try PRP treatments. It involves taking bloods and spinning it around in this amazing machine to separate the blood and plasma. She then injects my plasma into my knees. I’m not saying it’s pain free but after treatment, I cannot tell you how good my knees have been. I’m now pain free, have way more movement and there’s no more “cluncking” knees for me!
