By providing you with a safe, confidential space in which to talk and to be truly heard, I will help you to explore your concerns and to feel more empowered in your responses to them.

How I Can Help
As a qualified Humanistic counsellor, I offer a gentle, compassionate, non-judgemental approach to problem solving and healing. I work in a way that is flexible in order to suit your individual needs. The first session is an opportunity for you to decide if I might be the counsellor for you. If you choose to continue with further sessions, I encourage regular feedback on how the work is progressing to help you gain the most from it.
