Arrived early on both trips, even though they picked us up from a very busy reading festival. We had two minibus drivers that were a good laugh and entertaining whilst being very polite. Would recommend and use again

Very efficient, friendly and reliable service at a reasonable cost. Booked a minibus and trailor for luggage to Portsmouth, driver turned up on time to collect 12 passengers. We all felt safe during the journey and he had completed research to know exactly where to drop us off. Upon collection he was a few minutes late due to a serious accident on the M3 but the office phoned to let us know. Driver was very helpful with loading the luggage and took a country route home to prevent us getting stuck on the motorway. Would highly recommend and will use in the future. More...

We used Elite Mini Coaches for a Hen Party and had excellent service. Our driver Lee was brilliant, very accommodating and even went the extra mile to take one of the party on an emergency trip to find a pharmacy! Would definitely recommend.

Called to Elite to book a minibus for our airport transfer to Heathrow. Lee arrived early as he advised us the traffic was bad due to motorway issues. he got us to the airport on time and was very polite. we straight away booked him for our return journey home instead of getting in taxi's when leaving the airport. I hired Elite Mini Coaches to take my friends and I to a music event in London. The price was very competitive and I only had to put down a small deposit and we were given plenty of time to settle the invoice. The lady I spoke to, Nicky, was very helpful and confirmed that I would get an email to confirm the booking and that I would get a call the day before my travel to check I was still OK for the booking and re-confirmed the pick up time and address and gave me the contact number of the driver. As we were going to a music event, we wanted to have some drinks for the journey and Nicky confirmed that whilst this was allowed, no glass was to be taken on the mini bus and that if any damage was caused we would be liable which I thought was a fair response especially when lots of companies will not allow you to do this. The day of the booking came and the driver was already at the meeting point and although booked to leave at 11am, due to friends being late, they were very happy to wait until we were ready.We were dropped off at an agreed spot and Nicky confirmed the time for us to meet at the mini bus. We decided we wanted to extend the collection time and Nicky and Lee (the driver) were happy to accommodate. Having been to a music event, by the end of it I was a little worse for wear and on top of this my phone battery had died so I was uncontactable. Some of my friends walked to the agreed spot and Nicky and Lee were both there waiting for us. Some other friends were about 20/30 minutes late and again Nicky and Lee were extremely patient and did not rush us. We set off, and as we had a few drinks earlier, the inevitable happened and we needed to make a stop and Lee was happy (I hope) to stop. If he was not, he did not show it. We got to our destination and we asked a favour (some additional stops) and again Lee accommodated our request. As a thank you we gave a little extra for their patience with us and as they did some extra stops.As you may guess, I highly recommend Elite Mini Coaches and I would definitely use them again.Cheers Nicky and LeeSG More...

Compared to other quotes received Elite was by far the cheapest. This can sometimes be a cause for concern but from first contact Elite were very promt and professional with their response. There was plenty of contact and when they day arrived the coach turned up on time, it was perfectly cleaned and well maintained with a friendly driver. After the event the driver was waiting to collect. Very happy with the service and would gladly recommend! More...
