I spilt some red wine on the arm of one of our light coloured armchairs, and attempted to clean the spillage up my self using sparkling water.
Unfortunatly all I managed to do was leave a large watermark.
I contacted Elite who came out and managed to remove both the red wine stain and watermark. The armchair, now looks brand new. A thoroughly professional and and excellent service, and I don't hesitate in recommending their services.
