Jemma is amazing at what she does. I have a very shy little dog and going to the groomers is not his fav thing to do. Well it wasn't until he met Jemma. .. she looks after him as if he was her own. He even gives her cuddles before he leaves. That doesn't happen often. He looks and smells fab when he is finished but I cannot recommend Jemma enough. If there had been another ☆ i would have ticked that too. Jemma is amazing she pampered my two Cavaliers today has if they was her own. This was my first visit (but definatly wont be my last,) so they had been a little neglected because we were in the middle of trying to find a new good groomer, and its thanks to 'Auntie Nadia' we gound Jemma. Her set up is amazing felt like getting pampered myself! So Jemma thank you sooo much for today. �



Picked Taz up earlier from his 1st 'sleepover' at Auntie Jemmas, my husband and i walked in and he looked at us as if to say "what you doing here?" I didn't know wether to laugh or cry, the one thing it confirmed for me is that this is the place i want my baby to stay while we are away.
Taz and his brother Fudge who sadly passed at the w'end have been to Jemma to be pampered before but never boarded. So because Taz is now on his own i thought i wanted him to stay home from home, well this is exactely what he got. Jemma has an amazing set up at her home, she has a very gentle and force free approach to the dogs. I would highly recommend jemma to anyone, if you have a puppy start asap so the grooming is something they get used to from an early age.

I can't thank Jemma enough for looking after Stanley for 5 days whilst I went on holiday, being the first time leaving him for that amount of time I was really nervous and worried. ... Jemma put me at ease the minute I spoke to her, when I arrived she was so warm and friendly and Stanley took to her and her little pooch Pepe straight away!! Whilst I was away jemma kept me fully updated with photographs of all the fun and long walks he had been on! This meant I could relax and enjoy my holiday!

My dog has just returned home from 2 nights with Jemma and can honestly say he;s had a ball. So very different to the 'kennels' we put him in last time we went away. Doogle lived in Jemmas home with her family & her dogs and was walked constantly. He is now fast asleep at home but will definitely be booking Jemma again and would highly recommend her services.... Fantastic service - Peace of mind!

Jemma looked after my dalmatian, Hector (home boarding) for 2 weeks while my family and I were away on holiday.

Jemma's approachable nature and professional approach to caring for the animals she looks after gives you the confidence that you have left your much loved pet (furry member of the family in our case!) in more than capable hands.

The frequent texts, photographs and video updates of of Hector posted online and messaged to us of him looking relaxed and happy throughout our holiday gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our time away that little bit more. Thanks Jemma More...

Jemma is amazing with dog's! She is so lovely an friendly aswell. My dog Oscar stayed over one night last year when it was my mum's wedding an she sent me pictures an put some on Facebook so I still felt content knowing he was in good hands, he looked so happy on the pictures an chilled after his groom too! Excellent is the experience every visit. I have two Cavaliers Taz & Fudge. One of them is quite sensitive which is Fudge, Jemma is just wonderful with both of them, she also senses if Fudge needs a break during his pamper, and that is what they both get a pamper.

I have two Cavaliers Taz &Fudge and they love the pamper they get from the wonderfull Jemma. Fudge is a bit nervous and has a heart condition, Jemma knows when he needs a "moment" and leaves him until he is ready to carry on. The products Jemma uses are excellent and are toxin free. I know i have used the word "pamper" but that is what they both get, that and plenty cuddles. More...

Jemma provides an excellent service. She looks after my two dogs and my kitten whilst am out working and also grooms one of the dogs. One of my dogs is a large breed and the other is small and she handles them both with the upmost care and attention. She is competent, professional and also provides a bespoke service that you just don't get at the larger groomers. My little dog is very nervous and we are his 5th owners so he has trust issues but he loves Jemma. The big guy is just a pup yet but a 8 stone bungle of joy and he gets so very excited when he sees her. They are my fur babies and I wouldn't trust their welfare to anyone but Jemma is outstanding with them. I would highly recommend if you need your fur babies looking after. Defiantly 5 stars out of 5.
