I am a qualified pastry chef with 2 french Diplomas in Patisserie, Chocolate work and Ice creams making.
In the shop, we do not use any additives, preservatives, palm oil or any chemicals. We make real cakes using real ingredients like butter, sugar, flour, free range eggs, and fresh fruits.

We use sanitizer to clean our tables etc...we also have hand gel available.
