I have been working as a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and I have helped more than 100 people achieve the fitness goals. Either to lose weight, get strong after and operation, stop taking medication etc. All has been achieve with a lot of work perseverance and sense of humour. I have work with all types of people form 10 to 70 years old. I have gain a good reputation too from being punctual and flexible and never cancelling an appointment. I run groups, couples or one to one.
