We hired Elena to design our family bathroom, and our childrens bedrooms and we are very pleased with the outcome and our kids cant wait for the work to complete.
Elena is very responsive to calls and texts and as we are local, she could come to our house to look at our space and discuss our design without any extra cost. Also she went out of her way to come and joined us at a supplier so we could pick the right items with her advice.
The online system she uses is very good as well and has an app so you can always go back and look at the design and give feedback via the app.

The whole process of working with Elena was brilliant and seamless. Initially I was torn between two designers but essentially I went with Elena because I enjoyed our initial conversation - she was authentically herself and also listened and got the bits of my personality out of me.
She also mentioned this user friendly programme we would use and that also sold me. Plus I liked the colours in her portfolio.
When she was instructed and we had our initial chat, she was able to do the same thing again, and we had a good conversation, and the ultimate design she created was ideal for my first home. I recall I gave a few names of what I wanted my home to be - i.e. modern, traditional, cosy etc but she took that brief and ran with it and implemented my home with so many aspects of my personality (like my love of period dramas - I have a few nods to that in my design). I'm sure she would say we co-created because she listened to me and what I liked, but ultimately it was all her design and hard work, so I would recommend her to anyone.
She is available on a WhatsApp like app. Further, she uses a cool programme that allows you to update comments on the design as it's in process and before it's finalised. She'll give her honest opinion if she thinks something will work or not. It definitely felt like a collaborative experience and I am genuinely excited to see how everything looks once it's all up. I am even getting excited when I receive items like the curtains, which I would never have found myself, but the ones for my living room look so cool and will be a feature in itself, I cannot wait to see how everything looks.

I have hired Elena to help me create a vibrant living space in my newly built flat in Battersea, London. Elena and her team are very professional and the result has been excellent.
They have always proposed more than one options for each furniture item and always within my budget limit. The process has been virtual but I have always been given the tools to actually monitor well the design preparation.
I recommend Elena to everybody as I am sure she can satisfy your requests no matter if you have a high or low budget!

It has been a pleasure to work with Elena and her team. She understood our style from the beginning and always came up with brilliant ideas that would never occur to us.
She was bolder than us with selecting the items and colours and thanks to that we have a unique and delightful interior.
We hired Elena to design three different rooms in our brand new apartment. Elena's first version was always original and met most of our requirements. We didn't have to make significant changes or go back to the drawing board. Nevertheless, Elena was always happy to edit the design even when we changed our minds about some of the items – even later when the design plan was already finished.
Last but not least, we'd like to highlight the collaboration style. Elena's team uses a great product management tool that makes it easy to share our ideas and review new suggestions.
Elena is a very talented interior designer who helped us make our dream home. We highly recommend her!

Historically I was the type of person who would never think to use a designer. I would have my own ideas, and then buy furniture or choose colours that very often required re-doing or replacing pretty fast costing more time and money. I decided to try Elena with the rationale of getting some better ideas, and not making mistakes that I would have to fix shortly after. I wasn't disappointed. Elena listened to the things I felt were important, and came up with suggestions and ideas that I would never have seen or thought of. Elena has helped me design my 2 bedroom flat, this is my first home and I wanted to make sure it reflected everything about me. Up to the near completion of the design of my flat, she has been so brilliant at providing me with options and ideas. She makes sure she reviews my budget list and keeps me honest on what I can and cannot get for some of my budget constraints. Elena really knows her stuff, from how a certain curtain will fit the whole room, to maximising the space of my weirdly angled room and to adding a bit of twist and bold colours to make the room fun. I enjoyed working with Elena, she took me out of my comfort zone and I was happy to take it all on and enjoy the ride. There are times where I would look at one or two of her suggestions and think - "Hmm, I'm not too sure...", I'd give it a thought then I would let that hesitation fade away and just go for it.
