When I ask clients if they think there are any barriers they might have to overcome to reach their goals their answer is ‘time’. Life, for most of us, is busy! I am a working mum-of-two who knows what it’s like to try and squeeze doing what makes you feel happy and healthy into a busy life. When working with clients I always take time to understand not just what they want ideally but what is realistic and how they can train smart and time-efficiently to get there. By taking this approach, they get into a really positive cycle - their training programme is achievable, fitting smart workouts in becomes habitual and prioritising exercise and well-being over life’s other demands starts coming more naturally to them. I want to help people reach their fitness goals and, along the way, help them change their lifestyle habits and routines sustainably, so they can continue to reach for new fitness and health goals more independently in future.

I like to focus less on the body of our dreams and more on how we want to feel, our health and what we want our body to acheive, whether that’s a body composition goal, a fitness goal or both. But the secret I believe to feeling great and achieving our body goals is a total fitness approach, building lean muscle mass to boost our metabolism and make us feel stronger, including cardio to ensure our heart and lungs are healthy, and reviewing nutrition and lifestyle habits, to make sure we have the energy and nutrients to get the most out of our training. The other secret...find a form of excercise you LOVE. There’s at least one for everyone out there!

I’m so incredibly fortunate to do the job I do and love every day. What I love most is being a part of my clients’ journey to reach their goals and achieve better well being, celebrating their highs and supporting them through the challenging times. What they achieve is always so much more than physical and it’s awesome to see people doing things they never thought they could!

I felt I had a lot to give as a PT, with over 25 years of experience as a committed endurance athlete in rowing, triathlon & ultra-marathon running. I’m also a mum-of-two who’s returned to full fitness after 2 kids, and I know how challenging that journey can be! Friends, family and team mates have always said I’m motivating, supportive, a good communicator and super-high energy, all things that I hope help me be a good PT for my clients!

I am hugely passionate and will do my absolute best to help you pin down your goals get the results you want. Every programme I put together is tailored for the individual client and I will really take the time to understand what you want to achieve and how we can get you there in manageable steps. I always inject variety & challenge into my sessions, indoors & outdoors, so you’ll never be bored. I’m full of energy, fun to work with and would LOVE to help you find your awesome!
