In short I would highly recommend this groomer for both dogs and cats. Fantastic customer service, very willing to offer general advice with regards to grooming. Vicky has been grooming Bailey, our golden retriever, every 3 months for the past year and a half. She does a wonderful job with our smelly little bundle! He always comes away with a beautiful shiny fluffy coat and neatly trimmed paws and fur. Victoria is very professional and is a brilliant, caring, patient groomer. My bichon frise, Poppy, absolutely adores her and comes out of her grooming session looking absolutely white and clean (though not for long because she is a mucky pup! ) and beautifully trimmed. Just had my 2 Golden Doodles, Millie & Dora groomed today. A thoroughly professional experience. My dogs loved it. They now look a million dollars and smell amazing too. I was worried that they wouldn't like it as this was their first groom but in the end they didn't want to leave the van. What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and there beloved pets of all breeds and sizes, having that 1-2-1 (what I call our special time) with each individual. Being mobile in the state-of-the-art, fully equipped and climate controlled salon is amazing and my customers love it too, every day is different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has always been my passion to work within the Pet Industry. After studying Animal Care in 1996, I have worked in many different areas of Animal Welfare and gained a love for pet grooming. Now I am City & Guilds Level 3 qualified and I am progressing towards the ICMG (International Certified Master Groomer) UK Qualification with an ambition to start competing in grooming competitions in the near future. I've been grooming for many years now and I love doing what I do and I couldn't think of a better job .
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm mobile so I come to you in the state-of-the-art, fully equipped and climate controlled salon. The latest technology and top specifications are installed into the van, meaning it uses its own battery system and water supply throughout the grooming session, enabling me to park anywhere without trailing power leads or hoses to your door.
You are guaranteed a 1-2-1 session with the same person at every appointment, your pets will never be caged waiting, no cage dryers used and you can always come and check on your pet throughout the grooming session.
I take self development very seriously, in my spare time I attend grooming seminars and educational events to develop my skills and keep up-to-date with progress in the grooming industry. This gives me the chance to meet and work alongside some award winning groomers.
Full Grooms - Medium/Long/Wire/Wool Coat
Soothing massage bath, shampoo and conditioning, drying, full coat brush out, styled to breed standard or custom pet trim, ear cleaning, ear plucking (where required), nails, finished off with cologne.
Bath & Brush Short/Smooth Coats
A simple soothing message bath, dry and brush to freshen up those short, smooth coats. Includes nail clipping, ear cleaning, finished off with a cologne.
Hand-Stripping
Hand-Stripping - Full coat hand-stripping, ear cleaning, nail clipping. If required a soothing massage bath, shampoo, dry, finished off with a cologne.
Puppy Package Up To 4 Months
Includes a soothing massage bath, shampoo & conditioning, full coat brush out, dry, nail clipping & ear cleaning including a foot and facial trim (if required), finish off with a cologne.
Cleansing Tear & Beard Stain Treatment
A cleansing treatment to help reduce beard and tear staining. Especially popular for light and white coloured dogs such as Bichons, Westies and Poodles to help keep faces dazzling white.
Flea Defence Bath Treatment
The revolutionary blend of plants and herbs uses ingredients such as Horsetail, Eucalyptus and Nettle which works together to help deter fleas, mites and ticks.
Full Grooms - Double Fur/De-Shed
Soothing massage bath, shampoo & conditioning, drying, full coat brush out & de-shedding, trimming (if required) ear cleaning, nail clipping, finished off with a cologne.
