Incredible experience. They managed to repair my iPhone 8 and recover all data. I have been to apple initially and I have been quoted over £500 without saving my data. Dorel (hope I spelt it correctly) fixed the screen of my iPhone SE there and then, which became unresponsive due to a fall. His customer service was excellent the minute I walked into his shop, putting me at ease by explaining what the problem could be and the price range. Quick, friendly and cheap. Couldn't ask for a better service, bought a screen for my broken laptop, which was promptly delivered, had a few questions about getting the touch screen working, which I was helped with, very well. I then broke the screen fitting whilst fitting it, they supplied me another when at reduced cost, which was again promptly delivered again. Finally I still had some trouble getting the touch screen working, so I sent laptop to them, this was fixed immediately and returned the next working day. I was a fool and dropped my phone in the bath. It froze, switched off and wouldn't even switch back on. I really thought it was a goner. However, I contacted Electrobit for some advice, then dropped it into the shop and it was fixed and fully working again within 2 days for £40. I first found this company when my laptop broke and he fixed it and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix my electronic devices.
Just today I had my daughters iPhone 7 Plus that was deemed unrepairable by the official Apple store and I took it to the gentlemen here who repaired it and gave it back the next day for less than my phone insurance exesss.
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I am so grateful. I wish them all the best with their business x
