The staff are friendly that I've spoken to and they provided the goods as requested, only slight negative was that the delivery company misrouted my goods, so didn't get them when I should have, got them a day later. I called the company to place my order and from the very start to the point the engineer left, after installing my new TV I could not find fault. Super guys and Colin couldn't be more helpful. We were house moving too and he made sure we had the TV the day after our move at a specific time. Engineer called to say he was on his way, and they were the cheapest I could find. Thanks guys !! First time I have dealt with EE and some of the reviews are off-putting. I bit the bullet and ordered a new TV, as they are fairly local I called in first to have a chat. They were very helpful and I really wanted to shop local rather than with a national company. So I ordered the TV at 4.30pm one day, within an hour I received a confirmation email with my receipt, and advising that 5yr warranty had been registered. Also TV would be installed the following day. TV was delivered and installed and the principal workings were gone through with me. It took a little over an hour and we were up and running.The following day I received all the guarantee papers through the post. I have to admit I was a little unsure in ordereing from EE as it wasn't a company I had heard of before, however the TV I was interested in was some £240 cheaper then the main retailers (Curry's Amazon etc) so took a leap of faith. I needn't have worried.TV was ordered online Sunday afternoon, I received an email notification immidiately and cold see the order 'pending' when looged onto the EE website. Tuesday morning I received a call to arrange delivery and agreed Thursday. Wednesday I received a dispatch email from the warehouse. TV arrived Thursday afternoon palliated and in perfect condition.My only niggles and suggestions to improve the service would be>A call Monday would have been nice, or an update to the 'pending' status onlineNo tracking information was provided for palletline, this would have been useful in providing some indication of when the TV might arrive on the Thursday and help me plan my day better.I've had the TV for a week now, and my order status still shows as 'pending' on their website.I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from these guys again, but would be nice if they could address the above and polish the online ordering experience. I had reservations after reading other reviews, but after I discovered other similarly priced websites actually did not offer the FREE delivery they advertised (to Northern Scotland) I decided to give Electrical Experience a try. They do indeed give 100% free delivery anywhere: saved me £30. The price of the TV was £3 cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery took 3 days! (Via Tuffnills) I did need to speak with them on the day of delivery, to confirm delivery address, and with a small issue, but it was dealt with swiftly and completely. I can tell you truly that this company meet and exceeded my expectations, and with a few more months of reviews I'm sure they will be well on their way to 5 star status (provided they keep it up!) I was looking around for quite a while for a new 55" Samsung curved TV, After looking at all the other high street shops I decided which model I wanted. I had a look around online for the best deals and I came across Electrical Experience which seem to have the best deal. From the moment I called them to taking delivery of my new TV the service was outstanding. They even explained more features on the TV that I didn't know it had the other shops didn't seem bothered to even talk to me. The delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were very helpful as we live in a flat and they made every effort to help me. They helped me make my decision on a ultra HD 40 inch Samsung looks brilliant in the living room and also the picture is great as well. I would happily recommend Electric Experience. I bought a Panasonic TV through them. The model I was interested in was showing as out of stock so I spoke to a representitive and he was both informative and helpful. He advised their ordering process and when they would have more stock for allocation to customers, put one aside for me and kept me up to date with its arrival in to their store. Used online chat to ask about a ps51e8000, they said they had stock and could delver next day.Not long after rdering they called me, got a call next day from delivery company, got delivery shortly after, i live in a top floor flat, delivery is only to ground floor, i sweetened drivers palm and he helped carry it up, nce guy and was more than happy to buy hs breaky for helpng me as its a slog up these stairs. From first contact on the web chat the purchase was quick and easy and excellent price thrown in too. Order placed on the Thursday call to arrange delivery within an hour of placing it online with the machine being delivered on the Monday faster than a letter sent in the post! The delivery company were great, with conformation of the delivery , then a text to confirm the delivery on the sunday with a delivery slot of only a couple of hours, so waiting in all day. Driver called 20 minuets before the delivery. Two guys carried the machine to the kitchen, unpacked it and took all the packaging away with them! Ordered a new Bosch tumble dryer when 4 year old AEG one packed up (for the second time - Avoid AEG!!). There was an initial hiccup with the payment process (Sagepay website crashed and I didn't know if payment had gone through). Anyway, sorted it out easily enough on the phone the following day.They delivered on a Saturday even though I hadn't paid the extra for this, and took old machine away. Rang up on Saturday the 3rd of March and ordered a new TV via Collin who was very friendly and professional. We scheduled a Wednesday 6th March Delivery and paid £5 extra to guarantee a morning slot delivery. The TV arrived around 1:15pm on the Wednesday which although I wouldn't call a morning slot, I would still consider that to be impressive service for delivering / transporting an item between Bury (in the North) and London (in the South)Admittedly, we have not yet set up and / or tested the TV but as long as everything works fine and the TV doesn't break within the next few years or so, then yes all is well and I would indeed recommend this company based on their competitive prices and professionalism. Decided to order from this company as their selection of TV's were the right and competitive price along with their guarantee options. Spoke to a very helpful online person to check that my chosen TV was in stock. It was not but they offered me the upgraded model for £30 extra when it was listed at £80 extra. I took the deal and after one of their customer service people ringing me up to confirm the order in quick time and sort out the payment with them via paypal the TV was quickly shipped out and delivered to me the next morning and it is beautiful! Hi all I bought 55" LG 670T from this company.Not only they maintain price 200£ lower than many high street shopsthey deliver the product properly, on time.
