EICR
We are certified by the NICEIC to carry and and sign off Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
An EICR should be carried out on a rental property at least every 5 years by law.
In residential owner-occupied properties it is advised to carry out an EICR every 10 years.
Vehicle Charging Point Installation
We can supply and install Vehicle Charge points or install customers supplied units.
In all cases we would carry out a visit to your property first to ensure suitability and to be able to supply you with an accurate, no obligation quote.
Fault Finding
We can carry out fault finds were you're having a problem with your electrical installation, and advise and quote on the necessary remedial work required to avoid the same problem occuring again.
Full and Part Rewires
We provide free no obligation quotes for domestic full and part rewires, with all work carried out in accordance with BS7671 18th Edition regulations and certification logged with NICEIC.
PAT Testing
We carry out PAT testing at commercial and rental properties, with test results and a certificate issued on completion.

We can supply and install power and lighting to outside areas of your property, carrying out a free no obligation quote visit initially.
