I have been treat by EKCL treatment for anxiety and insomnia, I'm one of that person that takes the changes (bad or good) as worrys, which does makes me very anxious and it gives me as consequence insomnia problems. I had my daughter almost two years ago, since the very first stage of my pregnancy period my level of stress and anxiety was quite inbalanced and precarious, which brought me to have problem of insomnia too. This sad feeling did not relief at any time, my partner was always at work and as I come from Italy I could not relie on any one for support from our family. Then the covid19 situation, which did not helped at all, actually, everything got worst.
So I decided to start this new regenaration path through this type of treatment, I attended to 10 sessions of electrostimolation, I did not feel much different after the first session but I did start notice little changes from the second session onward.
I know that now is up to me on keeping the right path of wellness, by approching the problems in a different way, without entering again in that dark tunnel.
This method did not give me the "answer" to my problems, it did give me another opportunity, it did give me immediated relief from all the bad symptoms, it did give me hope to start again.
