Ed is our 'go-to' locksmith at the Coffin Works Museum in Birmingham; he is always easy to contact, accommodating and provides a superb service! He is always so willing to help and always manages to slot us in, especially at short notice, as proved last Christmas when we were locked out of our Meeting Room. I needed a locksmith as our upvc back door was broken and jammed shut. Ed was recommended by a friend. He was very professional and respectful on the job, fixed the fault and changed the gearbox. We ended up getting an additional two locks changed as we were impressed by Ed’s work. He even came back a few days later to ensure everything was working. Would recommend. More...

I highly recommend EJS Locksmiths - Ed responded quickly to my call and came out within 2 hours to sort my patio door lock, which had jammed. He was very professional and explained what the problem was with the door mechanism and gave me an estimate for the replacement lock and his time, which was very reasonable.
