Esmond is passionate in his job. He is attentive to listen my needs. Even as little as the style of the chrome light switch Esmond would ask and recommend which I love it. Unlike typical tradeperson that just finish the job and go, Esmond even share his experience which is not related to this job itself but helpful for me (for DIY other part of the property). Being my own boss is freedom, satisfaction and flexibility it offers me,I also enjoy helping and sharing my knowledge with customers/people I do work for. I enjoy meeting different people/culture everyday, way of socializing.
