We recently had our back garden done by William and his team. From start to finish they were attentive and we are delighted with the result, just in time for summer usage! The project was the final stage of a recent property extension and has finished the plan off perfectly.
They managed to fit us in, at relatively short notice, and were at all times punctual, keeping us informed with progress/plans throughout. The project was completed on time as expected.

After a lot of soul searching, visiting garden centres, checking web sites etc. we settled on EGM for our garden patio project. We had four quotes for the project and couldn't make a decision, when my wife spotted William's vehicle outside a house in our area. We decided to have one last quote before we finally made a decision. While EGM'S quote was not the cheapest or indeed the most expensive, our decision has been vindicated by the excellent quality of the end product and the professionalism of William and his team throughout. From the very first meeting with William we were impressed with his enthusiasm for his work and attention to detail. While the project took longer than expected (British weather input) everything went seamlessly, from the removal of 80 tons of Harrogate clay, delivery of materials etc. It was reassuring to know that the care being taken was worth the extra time while at the same time being within he agreed budget and without any hidden add ons. After inheriting a large dilapidated garden, I asked William to create a modern, easy maintenance garden to a given budget. Absolutely brilliant! what a professional job! you can tell quality materials have been used, so posh….. Really pleased with it…even the dog loves it! we have put our garden furniture on the lawn…….. After seeing examples of the work that EGM produce, I asked for their assistance in replacing the existing grass throughout the garden, and this was done with the minimum of fuss, including having to deal with our persistently variable weather in Harrogate! After several weeks of working to improve our small garden (which was something of a disaster area!), we asked EGM to advise and assist. William and his team did just that, transforming a muddy mess into a well laid out area, as well as relaying paving slabs and preparing ground for a small arbour. I agreed a price for the work EGM was to carry out, which was competitive with a couple of other quotes I obtained. Once the work started, which was some heavy pruning of trees, digging out a lot of overgrowth, installing a good quality artificial lawn and re-laying patio area, I found the lads to be very industrious and friendly. From asking for a quote to the completion of the work, William and his team have been highly professional, a very reasonable quote for a high quality artificial lawn, William answered all our questions very quickly and made as many visits with samples as we needed before we decided to have the work done. Delighted with the vast improvements to my garden. William and his team arrived on the day and time arranged and worked tirelessly for almost a week until all was completed.
