We used Bounds to book a taxi to and from, on the same night, Birmingham and MK. I dealt with Chelsea on the phone who was amazing. She managed to sort me two executive cars for a very good price.. for a pick up just a few hours later.I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided. Both taxis were on time and the passenger we booked the taxis for was very complimentary about the service they received.Highly recommend. thankyou to chelsea for staying past her end of shift time to help us.. we really appreciated it. My husband was away with the car and I needed to get my grand daughter to half term camp. I called Bounds on Monday evening and pre booked Tues pick up, wed drop off wait and return, Wed pick up wait and return and Thursday Pick up, drop off, wait and return. I paid up front. On all the pick up the taxi was on time ( never late) they knew I had paid already so did not ask for money. A credit to all the taxi drivers that picked us up. So chatty and interested in my grand daughters day. They drove well and could not fault them one little bit. I don't often use taxi's and this I thought might be a challenge.....far from it. Superb service, booked a taxi to collect my son Sunday morning at 8.30 for Work, received a txt advising which taxi will pick him up inc model, colour and registration another txt shortly after stating taxi was arriving even though he was 10 mins early the driver patiently waited until my son was ready. I prebooked a minibus with a different company. To cut a long story short I was let down by them. Eezy cab came to our rescue. They've been fast and reliable so far. I've been using them since July for airport transfers and local taxis, the prices have been really good, and they haven't let me down. The mobile app makes ordering a taxi very easy, it knows where you are and tells you when a taxi will be available, then you can get your destination from your favourites in seconds or search it, or just find it on the map. I used Eezy cabs six or seven times while at a conference in Cranfield and I they were always prompt and good value. I used their app which is excellent - allows you to pay by card and gives you an exact cost of the journey. Would recommend!

A very professional service. Having downloaded the App and filled in a simple setup screen, I booked a cab and a return journey using the Applications "book a cab" system.
You can pay by credit card though the App and although it says "estimated cost" we only paid the amounts shown for both trips. Having received a prompt confirmation call from the control room to welcome me to their system, I was already impressed and looking forward to receiving a good service.
Being a busy Friday evening near Christmas, I expected there to be a delay but both drivers were punctual. Because you can track the cab using their car location screen as it comes to you, it means you aren't standing in the cold waiting. An ETA constantly updates and then a text also informs you of their arrival, the car make, model and colour and even the registration number! Very reassuring if you're alone or a vulnerable user in my opinion.
Both drivers and their vehicles were of a high standard. Professionally driven throughout and my wife and I felt safe during both journeys. I commended both drivers on their driving standards at the time and said I would pass my commendation to the control room.
Perhaps the controlling system they use allows them all time to complete jobs rather than hurrying them along to the next one? Whatever their system, it worked for us and we only have the one issue.....we don't live in the area so possibly won't be using them too much!
