You get what you pay and we are happy with what we got for our £33!We were in room 112. The bedroom was of an ample size and the bathroom huge. Plenty of closet space. The bedding was clean and new carpets fitted. Tea and coffee making facilities provided plus the bonus of a biscuit.We were going to eat in but the chef had problems and disappeared. Another reviewer had a similar situation! We didn't stay for breakfast.There is no lift but plenty of parking. The person on reception was very helpful and carried our cases to the room. He appeared to have a number of functions.It is an easy walk into Grantham and very handy for Downtown/BoundaryMills if you are in need of out of town retail therapy. More...
