Consultant Services
I will manage the initial planning stage and act as agent while the application is determined. I will then coordinate the appointments of consultants including a structural engineer and building control inspector and manage the design process in preparation for construction. My services include obtaining quotes for windows and I can provide interior design, 3d modelling and visualizations. I offer a free 20 minute consultation, after which I can provide a quote for your project.
Architectural Design
Architectural design services from RIBA Stages 0-4. I can provide you with a fixed fee for these stages and if needed in RIBA Stage 5 (Construction) I can provide services on an hourly rate.
