Jaimie responded very quickly, he showed me how to get the information out of my laptop that he needed for him to order parts, and cave me a very reasonable quote, although the repair time turnaround was delayed due to the wrong part being sent originally, he kept me up to date through the process, and was very friendly and patient with me, as tech isn’t my area at all ; -) I would definitely consider Jaimie my go to man in future for any further issues or repairs, thank you Jaimie

Although i ended up not needing the work completed I can attest to the understanding and kind nature of the employee I contacted. They responded promptly which greatly eased the panicked state I was in and calmly asked me some questions before performing an initial assessment of the issue.

Quick and professional response with a reasonable repair cost and option. I did not have my laptop repaired in the end as I purchased a new laptop instead as my old one was over 6 years old and had other underlying problems.

I was very impressed with ECS Online and James who came out to explore if he was able to take the broken jack out of the laptop's audio slot.

He explained in plain English (opposed to computer googlytalk) exactly what all my options (and chances) were in having the snapped off tip of jack removed ... then took on the challenge.

He also gave me an honest quote on each repair option that meant in essence I was able to assess prior, if the repair was going to be value for money.

Whilst my laptop was in his care for repair he kept me fully updated which I found helpful.

All the above points, (plus working around my work agenda), in servicing the customer I feel add up to a company that understands their clients needs and will go the extra mile to support their needs.
