We called Eco Therm to step in after another company let us down. Darren and the team undertook a full central heating system replacement, fitted a new bathroom, an en suite, downstairs toilet / sink and all plumbing/gas works in our kitchen.
The price was very competitive, workmanship of the highest standard. They turned up when they said they would and completed the job on time, they even cleaned up after themselves which is rare for tradesmen these day's.

Great service, excellent from start to finish - Had a new boiler put in after being without heating & hot water for a week during the coldest week and with 2 kids freezing after being messed about by another company, called for a quote and Darren came out same day then a new boiler was fitted next working day, great service from the lads, professional, clean and an excellent boiler as the house is now warmer than ever!!

What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to work around our families. We keep strong family values through out our company. We’ve wanted to create a family run business where our engineers enjoy their work and feel appreciated. We know how a poor work home balance can massively affect home life and we strive to keep all our engineers happy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our engineers are Lateral flow tested weekly, we carry sanitizer in all our vans as well as carrying isolation signs to corden off the areas we are working in to keep contact with clients to a minimum.
