EcoFlow were pretty good - although on the first day they were supposed to come, the engineer's van broke down. They didn't tell me that the engineer wouldn't be coming until an hour or two after the scheduled appointment, so I was waiting around. The person who came the next week was very good but seemed to be from a different company (FastFix) so I'm not sure whether going straight to FastFix would have been cheaper - it was quite expensive to unblock a pipe and install a new one. Great experience with Ecoflow. Ella was very efficient on the phone. Rory came to visit the same day and resolved the problem whilst on site. Highly recommend.
