My guests informed me Sunday morning that they had dropped a bottle of Red Wine and had tried to remove it without success, I am thinking oh no this is going to be an insurance claim, and room will al have to be closed down. Then I remembered John at Eco Solutions Thirsk, he had previously done a fabulous job on a carpet for me . But it's Sunday!!!! Dare I have the cheek to ring John, well I did and within no time John arrived All the red wine has gone, you cannot tell there has been a stain, carpet smells fabulous and looks like new. Also John asked me what the black mark was on the same carpet and I explained that was Mascara from a week ago and that I had attempted to remove it with my carpet cleaner without success. Well to my amazement that's gone too I cannot thank John enough , especially to come out on a Sunday , carpet was dry in 1 hour and the room was ready to let out the same night I will not hesitate to pass Johns Tel number friends and other B and B owners. Top Carpet CleanerJohn came out, we had already had a couple of quotes but his was the best quote. He was not pushy at all, very friendly guy who genuinely takes pride in his service. The carpets were stained but by the time he left our house they were looking brand new. I found John at Eco Solutions to be first class. The reason i booked him was because i needed my sofa cleaning and two armchairs, which i must add were very dirty mostly because of my dogs rubbing up against them and lying on them .
He just cut through the dirt with hardly any effort, it was unbelievable, and the dog smell literally disappeared. His attention to detail was very good and he even offered to clean my small wool rug for nothing to which i was extremely grateful. He told me to expect my items to be dry within two hours and they were. I have used many cleaners in the past which have been good but i found John to be better, coupled with the fact hes a really nice chap and very easy to get along with.
I will be using him again in the future and recommending him to my friends and family without hesitation.

I employed the services of Eco solutions to deep clean my three seater, and two seater sofa plus dining room chairs and a large rug. John did an excellent job on all , he was courteous, prompt, and efficient used all eco friendly products thoughout, whitch is a much added bonus as l suffer from chest / allergy problems I will also add the price was also very reasonable. John come out to clean our leather sofa and two of our white wool carpets. From start to finish he was meticulous, utterly professional and showed real passion for his work.
I have to say that the items he cleaned were amazing when he finished and his prices were very good.
I have no problem, and have already done so in recommending him to our friends and family as we feel he is a credit to the cleaning industry.
