I was contacted through Bark at the beginning of December, and was contacted straightaway by a nice lass who arranged an appt for Thursday 09/12/21 - however, I got a call on the day of the appt saying the person due to come was unwell and they would be back in touch to re-arrange.
Having heard nothing, I rang the office on 15/12 and the person I spoke to said someone could come along the following day at 5pm - however, no one turned up, and no one rang. I rang the office, however it went to voicemail so I left a message.
I heard nothing, so emailed them on 19/12 - expressing puzzlement at how things had panned out, and recognising something had possibly gone awry with their system and I’d be open to hearing from them.
Nothing. Nada, zilch, radio silence. The most bizarre thing is we live a stones throw from their offices, so a potential easy win - so all in all, a very odd experience, and as reliability goes, I’d be inclined to avoid. Sorry!

What inspired you to start your own business?
We are huge advocates of green energy and saw a growth in the market, furthermore the current detrimental situation of the climate we are currently facing was one of many reasons we were passionate about starting this business.

Due to accurate measurements of the property being essential, it is important that we are able to gain access to properties.
Upon visit of the property, we will take moisture readings, sound decibel readings, and the interior loft measurements.
Furthermore we will assess the structure of the loft, inspect existing fibre glass insulation, check for rodents and of course check the air quality.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We were operating during the peak periods of the UK national lockdown.
We ensured our surveyors were in full PPE during any visits to our customer's homes - including masks, gloves, and visors - and always at a safe distance during the visit.
Furthermore, our surveyors are all double vaccinated, ensuring maximum protection for our customers.
