What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide bookkeeping services as well as accounting services which include inputting, analysing and reviewing your purchase invoices and accounting for any VAT (Value Added Tax), we provide sales invoice services where we raise and send your sales invoices to your customers, we provide credit control services where we chase your overdue customer invoices. We also provide internal monthly management account reports as well as VAT preparation and submission and year end statutory financial statements preparation and submission. Finally we also provide personal tax computation services for year end self assessment returns.

What do you love most about your job?
We love that we are able to take one stress away from small business owners and give them peace of mind by helping them to keep up to date with their bookkeeping and compliance which helps them to spend more time with the family and time spent on the business as opposed to filing and admin duties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We felt that we could do so much more for local small businesses that need our help, therefore we established Eccounting Made Easy Limited this year to do just that.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes we only provide online and remote services however we still visit our clients premises to collect data and gain an understanding of each individual business. We hold our business calls via zoom unless there is a specific request.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This is not applicable as we started trading this financial year and we work remotely so there is little contact with clients and others.
Bookkeeping
All of our clients receive an initial health check on their records upon initial onboarding and then a monthly health check as standard to help to ensure that all elements of your records have been correctly recorded and are compliant.
Our monthly bookkeeping includes inputting the day-to-day transactions on the system using Xero software, including purchase invoices and expenses, the issue of sales invoices to customers, monthly balance sheet reconciliations include VAT reconciliations, bank reconciliations, asset reconciliations and more.

Year end accounts preparation and submission

We use HM Revenue and Customers approved software to complete your tax return, calculate your tax liability, file the return online and liaise with you the amounts to be paid and when they are due.
Monthly internal management reporting
Our monthly management accounts package includes a full set of accounts monthly which provide you and your business with a snapshot of the financial and non financial wellness of the business. This includes commentary on all aspects of the balance sheet and profit or loss statements. This service can give excellent business insight behind the numbers in the accounts and enable you as the business owner to take action on areas of efficiency, costing and time saving in the business.
