I’ve been a member of ECA for a few years now, don’t know what I’d do without this place, the coaches take an active interest in every client, they facilitate & encourage, you hit your goals and then they push you to do more.
There’s a team of amazing coaches to guide & educate you, they encourage you to become more than someone that goes to the gym, but to become a person that wants to improve & push themselves, to learn and to overcome challenges. The last couple of years have seen me hit every goal I or the coaches set, from initially wanting to get one chin up to now wanting a set of 5 pull ups for Christmas this year. I’ve taken part in a charity boxing match and 2 technical strength challenges...I would never in a million years have imagined I’d ever be doing any of those things!
ECA is more than just a gym, it’s a place where you have the support of everyone from coaches to gym members, joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have been apart of Hybrid Fitness for the past 6 months. I have seen a lot of progress with not only muscle, but also with confidence.
Before I started with Hybrid, I tried going to other gyms, but I struggled to stay committed and was unsure if i was doing things right. The coaches at Hybrid Fitness are really friendly and are very devoted to helping you reach and maintain your goals with excercise and nutritional advice. They also plan social events such as open water swimming which helps you intergrate into the Hybrid team.
I would strongly recommend Hybrid Fitness to anybody especially those who struggle to stay committed or anyone who would like to improve their confidence.

Joined for the “Lean for Halloween” programme and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. So much so that u stayed on for the “Christmas Shred” and I’ll be staying on for the foreseeable.
The support has been constant and genuine.
I have lost weight and noticed massive changes in my body shape.
The gym isn’t full of posers, just people trying to get in better shape and support one another on their journey.

The trainers really are the best and have helped me recover from some long term injuries, smash targets on the gym floor and get me into the shape of my life.

I love this gym. It's like no other gym that I've experienced. Coaches are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and know both when to push you and reign you in!
Emphasis is on correct form rather than lifting as heavy as you can and every movement can be progressed or regressed as necessary.
Everyone has an accountability coach to help keep on track (PJ rocks) and sometimes we even help keep them on track! 😁

Been here for a little over 5 months now, really enjoying it, originally goal was to gain strength after lockdown fatigue, and they have delivered, 1RM are all back and then some in the case of Squat and deadlifts.
Can't wait to see what the future will hold.

Brilliant Gym, they really focus on a friendly and personal environment so newcomers don't feel out of place. Wow I just finished the 6 week Halloween course at the end of October it’s was everything I hoped for I lost 15lb in weight in 6 weeks and the coaches were so welcoming and the people were so encouraging and the accountability coach I was assigned was Eoghan he kept on top and made sure my food was on point and gave me so much advice throughout honestly I could ask him anything very friendly guy ✌️. . I also love the encouragement from the Coaches. Róisín is amazing and consistently checks in with the members whose Accountability Coach she is.

I joined hybrid for the six week lean to Halloween challenge, I was so nervous getting back into It cause I hadn’t trained in a few years, the minute I walked through the door everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at ease, I was assigned to a coach called Megan who has been absolutely amazing with me and she checked in with me daily, I decided to to stay on and I’m now working with an amazing team and coach Roisin doing the Christmas challenge, not only has this gym lifted my mood my diet has changed dramatically with the nutrition advice I’ve been given, I would highly recommend this gym the coaches are so encouraging and everyone I’ve trained with are so friendly

Fantastic place with great coaches who are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals: lifting with good form and progressing with good form.
Exercises are regressed or substituted with an alternative in the case of injury or poor mobility. Alongside the daily coaching sessions are monthly workshops covering nutrition, mobility, kettlebells, barbell work, resilience as well as climbing mountains and nights out.
The gym also runs family events and has raised money for various charities.
During lockdown everything moved online, equipment was loaned out and there were cook offs, bake offs, bingo, murder mystery, charades and more.
Hybrid is more than a gym: we're a community.

Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT)
Our SPPT is a strength focused programme to deliver amazing strength and body composition changes. We only have a maximum of 4 people per session so the coach can deliver a more hands on coaching experience.
This is perfect for those looking to sky rocket their strength goals, get in great, shape and add muscle
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
Our SGPT (Not to be confused with SPPT) is our leading strength & weightloss training programme.
Blending a programme of strength and conditioning, we are able to deliver amazing results in strength & body composition
