I can’t recommend Emilia highly enough! After having 2 kids and doing no workouts for 4 years, I was so unsure about how to get back into exercise. Training with Emilia was great, she put me at ease from our first meeting and provided fun and interesting workouts. I lost weight, toned up and improved my strength.
