We can provide most of our IT support services online via Remote Access Tools, We can also provide 1-2-1 IT training for those that want it via video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and skype.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When supporting all of our customers personal devices, they are wiped down with Anti-Bacterial wipes before and after we have performed repairs. Gloves are also worn when a device has been cleaned to transfer the device back to its owner.
All of our interactions are either by Phone, Email or via our Online Customer Portal keeping everyone safe.
