Love this place. Amazing products in the shop, top notch therapists leading the way in integrative healthcare.
They even run courses there now. I attended a workshop there which was fascinating, comfortable and informal. A perfect environment to learn in.
Favourite things?
The cup of herbal tea for every visitor, the friendly team ready to chat and give advice if you need it, the flotation tank after an amazing treatment, gorgeous bodycare products.. And the yoga clothes!

I am really surprised by some of the reviews. We have been going here for about 2 years. We've tried a variety of treatments-and agree some were more "us" than others. However, I am shocked that people feel ripped off. The first time, yes, you do chat for a while to try to get to what the underlying causes might be. However, even then you should get a full treatment. Regarding vouchers (I bought one last year for someone), you buy by value and then the value can be used towards a treatment-for example the treatment I thought my friend would like was £45 but they explained that if I bought the voucher it would be to that value and when she booked she could choose what she wanted and top it up herself if she wanted something more. I do agree if you owed money they should have said before you went in/when you booked. Cancellation terms are quite clear, if a little harsh. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you have to pay. I cancelled with more or less exactly 24 hours notice once (having to leave a voice mail) and they were fine about it. From an independent working point of view you have to understand that if you cancel then the practitioner doesn't earn anything, unless they can resell your slot, but still have to pay the room hire fees. If several people cancelled in one day the practitioners could be seriously short of money. I think the idea is to make you think if you really do need to cancel and stop people just messing them about. Like I said we have had dozens of treatments now and have never had a problem. More...

Absolutely brilliant place for unwinding and relaxing. Such a wide choice of treatments too. Never had a Myofascial massage before yesterday, but now it may just be my new favourite thing. Definitely going back.

Absolutely brilliant! They talk through what you aim to get out of the massage, without taking away time from your massage, set you at ease and thoroughly work out all back problems. Really holistic, could be described as slightly hippyish, but that's part of the charm. At the end, they give you some exercises to help you relieve your own tension day to day (which is especially good considering technically this would decrease their custom). Can't recommend enough! I only just discovered what this place is - very exciting! Ironically, I'm generally too restless to attempt relaxation techniques such as those offered here, but I imagine there are a good few of us who could benefit. So what do they offer? - Massages - now I could definitely do with one of them. £40 for an hour. Luxury. I'm curious about their 'no hands massage'... - Acupuncture - around £40-£90. I know several people who've tried everything for their injuries and only acupuncture has really hit the spot, so to speak I've tried it for fun - it didn't do much, but then again there wasn't anything wrong with me - I was just curious! - Facial release - intriguing - Reflexology - Flotation: £35 for an hour of escape from this world. No drugs involved! - Hypnotherapy - Yoga therapy - Sports injury therapy - Much more - look at the website for more info. Sounds pretty useful! More...

Hard day? Go and put it all right again with a soak in their Floatation tanks. They also offer a magnificent range of professional massages, head massages and various treatments such as Kiniesology and Reflexology. The whole place is designed to refresh and relax. It is beautfully decorated in blues and greens. The staff are local and friendly. Great professional service. More...
